Ce Mulâtre doit avoir une veste bleue, boutons de cuivre tournés, chapeau bordé d'un galon d'or à lame, parlant bon Français, & se dit libre; c'est un sujet fort dangereux dont on doit se défier, & qu'il est on ne peut plus important de dénoncer.

This Mulatto should have a blue vest, turned copper buttons, hat bordered with a gold-lamé braid, speaks good French, and calls himself free; he is a very dangerous subject of whom one must be wary, and it is of the utmost importance that he be reported.
