The convention is re-established again

Haitian

The Dominican Republic having been recognized by the court of Madrid in 1833 and on 18 February 1855, this convention was interrupted in 1861 by the annexation of the country to Spain. It was restored on 28 December 1874 and on 19 November 1875.

Rouzier tells this under the entry HAÏTI: Council of State.
