Tennis player Ronald Agénor, Haiti’s only top-25 player, is born

Ronald Jean-Martin Agenor was born on 13 November 1964. He played his whole career under the Haitian flag. In May 1989 he reached world number 22 in singles, the only Haitian ever to break into the top 25. He won three ATP singles titles. He did it without a national tennis system behind him, which is the whole point.
