Piquet band surprises Port-à-Piment and commits exactions

On 15 April 1870, a band of Piquets, made up of those who, at the taking of the Abricots by the Cacos, had managed to throw themselves into the woods, surprised Port-à-Piment and committed every sort of exaction.

Rouzier tells this under the entry PORT A PIMENT (le) du Sud.
