General Vil Lubin is executed at Jacmel

Haitian

On 29 January 1870, General Vil Lubin, former commandant of the arrondissement of Port-au-Prince, taken prisoner by the triumphant Revolution at the Anses-à-Pitres in the wake of President Salnave, who was in flight, and brought to Jacmel, was executed at Jacmel.

Rouzier tells this under the entry JACMEL.
