Ogé and Chavannes are delivered to the chevalier de Ligneries

Vincent Ogé and J. B. Chavannes, arrested at Hinche and at San Juan with 24 of their companions in arms, were handed over on 21 December 1790 at Sto Domingo to the chevalier de Ligneries.

Rouzier tells this under the entry SANTO-DOMINGO.
