3rd regiment, 10th regiment, 11th regiment, 12th regiment: coat of dark-blue cloth for all, and the 1st, 3rd, 10th, 11th and 12th regiments collar and cuffs rose, collar and cuffs royal blue, collar and cuffs green, collar and cuffs yellow; the 1st, 3rd, 11th and 12th were quartered at Port-au-Prince, and the 10th at the Mirebalais; the 21st of Léogâne, coat of dark-blue cloth, collar and cuffs apricot; the 24th of Petit-Goâve, the same coat, collar and cuffs rose; the 22nd of Jacmel, the same coat, collar and cuffs sky blue; the 23rd of Jacmel, the same coat, collar and cuffs the same.
