Palace of the Sacred Congregation of the Propaganda. The letter of 15 January 1845 to Tisserant is dated from it.

Rome, at the Palace of the Sacred Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith, 15 January 1845. Your wholly devoted, Signed: J. P. Cardinal Fransonius, prefect. Signed: Jean Brunelli, secretary. Mr. Desportes, who is mentioned in the letter we have just transcribed, was vicar-general at Santo-Domingo. The same day the president of the Council of the Secretaries of State handed to Mr. B. Ardouin the letter he had received from the Abbé Tisserant, together with the copy of the one of 15 January 1845 from the Court of Rome.
