Port-au-Prince. The Assembly consents that the troops quartered there remain until further decision.

On the 29th it debated the terms of the message to the Provisional Government and those of two decrees, one of which related to the indemnity of one hundred gourdes that had been voted, and the other concerned the declaration by which it consented that the troops quartered at Port-Républicain should remain there until it should take a new decision.
