Lubérisse Barthélemy takes St. Raphael

On 31 May 1865, General Lubérisse Barthélemy seized St. Raphael, which had declared itself in favor of Salnave’s insurrection against Geffrard.

Rouzier tells this under the entry SAINT RAPHAEL.
