Doyon attacks the British camp of Thomas under Domingeau

Haitian

On 22 February 1798 this camp was still somewhat occupied by the English under the command of Domingeau, the same man who had beaten Rigaud at the camp Desriveaux. Lieutenant Colonel Doyon marched against them in two columns, one of them under the orders of Faubert. When he came within rifle range of the fortification, he attacked it without waiting for the arrival of the 2nd column.

Rouzier tells this under the entry THOMAS.
