Constituant proposes making Vallière an arrondissement

In the session of the Constituent Assembly of 12 November 1888, the constituent Saint Fleur Pierre proposed to erect his commune into an arrondissement and to include it in the department of the North. [This article was published in the newspaper le Progrès of 8 December 1888.]
