FOUNTAINS. Fountains, fed by the springs of Turgeau, of Mme Leclerc and of Plaisance, supply water to all these squares, as well as to all the houses of the town, to the ships in the roads, to the Prisons for men and for women, to the military hospital, to the National Palace, to the Arsenal and to all the public establishments.
