Chamber votes 14,000 gourdes to repair the Artibonite dike

In its sitting of 22 September 1891, the Chamber voted in the public works budget 14,000 gourdes for the repair of the breach made, during the events of 1889, in the dike of the Artibonite, situated at the Grande-Saline.
