1791-Mar.-10: Jacques Ogé, brother of Vincent, provided a detailed declaration to the Superior Council at the Cape identifying insurgent hideouts between the Crête à Marcan and the Canton du Giromon. He claimed that if his brother had followed the advice of Castaing, a local free mulatto, the movement would have resorted to even greater extremities.
