Si plusieurs des bâtimens de guerre du royaume avaient contribué à faire une prise, la répartition de ladite prise se ferait toujours dans la même proportion pour ce qui est relatif à chaque bâtiment en particulier; mais la masse de la prise sera divisée suivant la force d'un chacun.

Notes: Multi-vessel prize: total mass divided by vessel strength (force). Within each vessel: standard Art. 44 share proportions apply. Strength-weighted inter-vessel distribution + rank-weighted intra-vessel distribution.
