Si la procédure est irrégulière ou qu'il y ait une nullité, la cour ordonnera qu'elle sera recommencée à partir du premier acte nul, aux frais du juge qui aura commis la nullité.

Life lesson: If the appeals court finds a procedural error, the case restarts from the point of the first defect — and the judge who made the mistake pays for the entire redo.
Notes: Appellate nullification: restart from premier acte nul. Personal cost liability on erring judge. Consistent with Art. 233 and 251. Maximum judicial accountability across all levels.
