Certificat de la prononciation et de l'assistance du juge ou rapporteur, sera donné par le greffier au bas d'une expédition du jugement, signé de lui et du juge qui y aura assisté.

Life lesson: The clerk certifies on the judgment copy that it was properly delivered and that the judge was present — a signed proof of proper notification.
Notes: Notification certificate: greffier certifies prononciation + judicial assistance. Dual signature (greffier + judge). Appended to judgment expédition. Proof of proper service for appeal timeline purposes.
