L'expropriation ne peut être poursuivie par le cessionnaire d'un titre exécutoire, qu'après que l'acte de cession en aura été signifié au débiteur.

Life lesson: An assignee must notify the debtor of the assignment before pursuing forced sale.
Notes: Assignee's pre-condition: signification of cession to debtor before expropriation pursuit. Debtor must know who holds the title.
