Cependant la vente des immeubles appartenant par indivis à un majeur et un mineur, ou interdit, pourra être poursuivie, si la dette est commune au majeur, et mineur ou interdit, ou que les poursuites aient été commencées contre un majeur, ou avant l'interdiction.

Life lesson: Joint property of an adult and a minor can be force-sold if the debt is shared, or if proceedings started before the interdiction.
Notes: Exception to minor protection: forced sale of joint adult/minor property if (1) shared debt, or (2) proceedings commenced against adult or pre-interdiction.
