Le dépôt fait par un tuteur, par un mari, ou par un administrateur, au nom de la personne dont ils soignent les biens, ne peut être rendu qu'à cette même personne, si toutefois la gestion ou l'administration du tuteur, du mari, ou de l'administrateur avait cessé.

Life lesson: A deposit made on behalf of a ward, wife, or managed person goes back to them directly — once the manager's authority has ended.
Notes: Deposit by representative: return to principal (not representative) once administration ceases. Protects ward/wife/managed person from intermediary misappropriation.
