Le dépôt ne doit être remis qu'à celui qui l'a confié, ou à celui au nom duquel il a été confié, ou à celui que le déposant a désigné pour le recevoir.

Life lesson: Return the deposit only to the right person: the depositor, the person named, or the designated recipient.
Notes: Authorized recipients: (1) actual depositor, (2) person in whose name deposit was made, (3) depositor's designee. No one else.
