De l'Adoption

Judicial Procedure
Titre VII: De l'Adoption et de la Tutelle officieuse (On Adoption and Official Guardianship)
Chapitre I: De l'Adoption (On Adoption)

Life lesson: The court speaks in two words: yes or no. No reasons, no explanations — just the law's judgment rendered plain.
No statement of reasons required — the court verifies legal compliance without expressing discretionary judgment. A purely ministerial review: if conditions are met, adoption is granted.
