Pierrot and Marie-Louise his wife, Creoles, one approximately 45 years old and the other 30 to 35 years old; Marie-Catherine and Françoise their daughters, aged 14 and 15 years, maroons since the 15th of February last: they avail themselves of a Certificate of Liberty, which they had fraudulently obtained from Messrs. Dubois de la Motte and la Porte Lalanne, General and Intendant; but this Act has been annulled by Judgments of Messrs. de Vaudreuil and Laporte-Lalanne, of the 30th June 1753 and 24th December 1755: these Negroes having further appealed to the Royal Court of Cap, Sentence was rendered on the 14th of February last, which declares their proceedings null, and forbids them from instituting any such actions under penalty of being prosecuted extraordinarily. For this reason those who have knowledge of said Negroes are requested to have them arrested, despite the Certificate of Liberty which has been annulled, and to give notice to M. Tourtarel, Merchant at Cap, Executor of the estate of the late M. Gairau Rocheclaire, or to have them conducted to the nearest prisons.

Jean, Creole from Martinique, without brand, aged 16 years, having red skin, belonging to Mr. Poupelin, residing at Cul-de-sac, has been maroon since the 17th of March. Those who recognize him are requested to have him arrested, and to give notice to Messrs. Ardouin brothers, Merchants at Port-au-Prince.

Anne, Creole, branded on the right breast DED [inverted horizontally and vertically], and on the left PIVERT and below St. Marc; approximately 21 years old; also Hector, Congo, branded on the breast LESPÉS, approximately 40 years old: those who have knowledge of them are requested to have them arrested and to give notice to Mr. Jean Dutreilh at M. de Monsec's, resident in the lower Artibonite, there will be a quadruple reward.

A Mina Negro, branded by Maupoint, small stature, fairly well-built, approximately 40 years old, very bearded, maroon for approximately two months: those who have knowledge of him are requested to have him arrested, and to give notice to M. Dubourg, Merchant at Cap, rue de la Fontaine.
