Thomas André takes a Spanish camp at Barbara

On 3 January 1795 Lieutenant Colonel Thomas André, on the order of Toussaint-Louverture, seized a camp established by the Spanish on the habitation Barbara.

Rouzier tells this under the entry Barbara.
