The English take possession of Saint-Marc

Haitian

On 3 November 1793 the English took possession of St. Marc, which the colonists delivered to them. Thomas Brisbane established himself there in the name of King George of England. He reestablished slavery there.

Rouzier tells this under the entry ST.-MARC.
