Having seen the statements and declarations of the Parties, and the Certificates of the sieurs Aurignac and Geffray, Master Surgeons, who declare that the Black people in question are presently suffering from the falling sickness; we sentence the said Defendants, in their capacities, to take back the said Black people; we order that they shall have recourse against those who delivered them to them, etc.
