Salnave is granted the dictatorship at Le Trou

On 22 April 1868 President Salnave had the dictatorship conferred upon him at the General Headquarters of Trou, at the instigation of Alexandre Tate. It was Generals Morin Montasse, Antoine Bell, L. J. Guerrier, T. Simon Sam, V. Alcantara, Mompoint Ainé and A. Tate who presented the act of Trou to President Salnave.
