Royalist whites of Mirebalais sign a concordat with the freedmen at Croix-des-Bouquets

On 7 September 1791, after the battle of Pernier, the royalist whites of Mirebalais signed at Croix-des-Bouquets, with the affranchis, a concordat for the faithful execution of the national decrees in favour of the affranchis.

Rouzier tells this under the entry MIREBALAIS (le).
