Concordat of Croix des Bouquets between royalist whites and the freedmen
Haitian
Pierre Pelerin was a freed mulâtre. He was one of the signatories for the men of color of the concordat concluded on 7 September 1791 at the Croix des Bouquets, between the royalist whites and the affranchis of the West, encamped at Trou Caiman, after the battle of Pernier. The widow Pelerin was the mother of General Lamarre, the hero of the Môle.
Rouzier tells this under the entry PELERIN.
