Presidential order fixes the boundaries of Saut d’Eau

Haitian

By Order of the President of Haiti of 26 January 1911 (Moniteur of 28 January 1911), the bourg of Saut d’eau has as its area that indicated by the stone boundary markers set by the Delimitation Commission, which separate it as follows: to the east of the Louisia habitation, to the northwest of the Tibreuil habitation, to the north and west of the rest of the Dumas habitation, to the west of the Rinville habitation and to the southeast of the Lavoûte habitation.

Rouzier tells this under the entry VILLE BONHEUR.
