President Salnave flees Port-au-Prince through Pétion-ville
Haitian
On 19 December 1869, the day after the entry of the Cacos into Port-au-Prince, President Salnave, no longer able to hold out in the national palace, fled from the Capital and passed to Pétion-Ville in order to make his way to the eastern part.
Rouzier tells this under the entry PETION-VILLE.
