President orders the sanctioning decree published and executed

The President of the Republic orders that the Decree of the Legislative Body sanctioning the Convention of 16 September 1915, made between Haiti and the United States of America, be given the Seal of the Republic, printed, published and executed. Given at the National Palace, at Port-au-Prince, on 28 June 1916, 113th year of Independence. DARTIGUENAVE. By the President: the Secretary of Foreign Relations, Louis BORNO.
