President Légitime visited the munitions depot at Morne à Cabrits

During the insurrection of the Northerners in 1888-89, the government of President Légitime had set up at the Morne à Cabrits a depot of munitions and provisions for the troops operating against the Northerners in the Artibonite and the North; the head of State went to visit this depot on Wednesday 9 January and returned from it the same day.
