Présent Paul takes arms at St. Raphael and is captured

On 15 March 1878, Présent Paul took up arms there against President Boisrond Canal, but he was taken prisoner by General Séïde Télémaque.

Rouzier tells this under the entry SAINT RAPHAEL.
