ORDINANCE of the Intendant, which forbids the sale of Lands in several Quarters, in order to go and settle in others

On the Notice we have had that several Settlers and free nègres of the Quarters of Léogane, Petit-Goave, Grand-Goave and Acul of Petit-Goave seek to sell, etc. Registered at the Siège Royal of Petit-Goave, 10 September 1707. The remainder of this Ordinance is copied word for word from that of 30 April preceding.
