Northern division crosses the Patience savanna

Haitian

PATIENCE. Savanna situated between Cotiny and Santo Domingo. On 4 March 1805 the Northern division of the Haitian army, marching against Santo Domingo after leaving Cotuy, crossed the Patience savanna.
