Nicolas Louis beats General Debelle’s column at Bion
Haitian
On 21 February 1802, a column of 500 men under the French General Debelle, marching against Maurepas at Trois-Pavillons by the road from Gros-Morne, was beaten there by Nicolas Louis, who commanded 40 indigènes.
Rouzier tells this under the entry Bion.
