Moniteur publishes Hepburn’s report on bituminous lignite

The Moniteur of 2 March 1861, 16th year, No. 13, published a report to the Secretary of State for the Interior and Agriculture, François Jean Joseph, by Mr. R. S. E. Hepburn, geologist, signalling bituminous lignites.

Rouzier tells this under the entry LAS GUANAS.
