L’Arcahaie. Its artillery company adheres to Riché at Lascahobas.

The Mirebalais adhered to the revolution. On the same day, 2 March, so did the commune of Grand-Goâve, commanded by the battalion chief Zami Bernard; and the arrondissement of Jacmel, commanded by General Geffrard. The communes of Léogâne and of Petit-Goâve adhered to the nomination of Riché. On 3 March the general of division Augustin Cyprien, commandant of the military division on the frontiers of the East, assembled at Lascahobas all the troops composing that division, and adhered to Riché’s nomination. These troops were the gendarmerie of the South, the legion of cavalry of the West, the gendarmerie of Jacmel, the gendarmerie of Les Gonaïves, the legion of cavalry of the Department of the Artibonite, the gendarmerie of the West, the cavalry of Croix-des-Bouquets, the cavalry of Léogâne, the artillery company of Croix-des-Bouquets, and the artillery company of L’Arcahaie.
