Maison Nationale (Port-au-Prince). The Provisional Government receives A. Barrot in public audience.

On the 30th, M. Barrot, having at his side M. Levasseur, consul general of France, and the staff officers of the French ships in the roadstead, were received in public audience at the Maison nationale by the members of the Provisional Government; the high civil and military authorities were present.
