“Art. II. The case of the accused J.-P. Mercure, Dorval Mercure the son, Milfort Montalet and Joseph Mathurin is called up and brought before the special council of Croix-des-Bouquets, by virtue of the powers with which the Provisional Government is invested. “Art. III. The present order shall be carried out under the care of the member of the Provisional Government charged with the department of war.
