Santo Domingo. Elects David St-Preux, who chooses to sit for it.

At the sitting of 25 September, David St-Preux, named deputy by the towns of St-Yago de los Caballeros and Santo-Domingo, declared that he chose Santo-Domingo. Immediately afterward the citizen Honoré Féry, vice-president, proposed an amnesty in favor of generals Borgella, Riché, Carrié and Victor Poil, and of the citizens Céligny Ardouin, Beaubrun Ardouin and Séguy-Villevaleix. As soon as he had finished speaking, the president had a message read which the Assembly had just received, in which general Rivière asked for a full and entire amnesty, except for Boyer, Inginac, Victor Poil and Villevaleix. The Assembly returned to the proposal of the citizen Honoré Féry; deputies David Troy and André Jean-Simon rejected it. For his part, deputy Jacques Sylvain Hippolyte expressed an opinion favorable to Féry’s proposal, and asked that it be discussed.
