Law puts the Rousseau coffee habitation up for sale
Haitian
The State owns 13 building lots there, most of them built upon, all situated in the main street. The coffee habitation Rousseau in this commune was put up for sale by the law of 10 March 1814 in order to revive cultivation and increase the number of landowners.
Rouzier tells this under the entry PETITE RIVIERE de NIPPES (la).
