Law opens the port of Les Cayes to foreign trade

The law of 21 April 1807 sanctions the opening of the port of the Cayes to foreign commerce. This port is situated at 18° 11′ 10″ north latitude and 76° 10′ 30″ west longitude from the meridian of Paris.
