Law opened the port to foreign trade from 1 October 1905

The law of 17 August 1905 opened this port to foreign commerce from 1 October 1905, in view of the cutting of the Isthmus of Panama.

Rouzier tells this under the entry MOLE SAINT-NICOLAS.
