Law institutes the civil tribunal of Aquin
Haitian
The church of Aquin was burned in 1708 and was replaced by another raised at the Rivière Dormante. The civil court of Aquin was instituted by the law of 17 September 1874, but the acts of the government of President Domingue having been annulled by the government that succeeded him, the functioning of this court began only in 1876. In 1891-92 there were in this arrondissement 1167 births, 275 deaths and 26 marriages.
Rouzier tells this under the entry AQUIN.
