Law converting the debt

Converted Debt (Law of 8 November 1887). For each old security of G. 100 under articles 6, 7 and 9 of the Sinking Fund, verified and recognized as valid, the National Bank has issued to the person entitled a bearer bond of G. 80 (eighty gourdes), bearing interest at 5 percent, so that the old securities of the Sinking Fund have undergone a reduction in capital of 20 percent.
