Law and tariff of 30 June 1881 on postage

Haitian

The postage on newspapers, printed matter, books, pamphlets, business papers and samples of merchandise is fixed at 1 centime per 50 grams or fraction of 50 grams, but only up to 250 grams. (Decree of the National Assembly of 23 June 1881 on the Postal Union; Law of 30 June 1881 and tariff; Law of 18 October 1881.)
