Jacquezy created a military post

Haitian

JACQUEZY. Village of the arrondissement of Terrier Rouge. It was listed by the law of 17 October 1821 among the quartiers and parishes of the Republic. Today Jacquezy is a poste militaire created by the decree of the provisional government dated from St. Marc on 3 August 1889. It is established at the landing place where the produce of the arrondissement is transported, between the bay of Fort-Liberté and that of Caracol.

Rouzier tells this under the entry JACQUEZY.
